Selassie is the Founder and Executive Director of Jabneel Impact. She is specialized in public relations, film production and media management as well as acting. She has been involved in grassroot work with especially women, girls and other vulnerable people in society for over a ten year period providing targeted interventions. She has been involved with the implementation of the Council for Technical, Vocational, Education and Training (COTVET) as well as served as a member of the coordinating team for the LESDEP programme to provide employable skills to the youth. Her passion for working with women was also demonstrated in the key role she played in ensuring the provision of training and working tools to girl porters (Kayayei) in Accra to facilitate their withdrawal from the streets. In terms of professional acting, she has starred in many local and international movies and has carved a niche for herself in the film production industry. She is the Executive producer of the highly successfully film The CEO, and the TV series, the Miser and Entrapped. She also produced and hosted Smart People and What Men Like, talk show that seeks to bring to the public the achievements of successful people from all fields of endeavour to serve as a model for others to emulate. Selassie is an excellent communicator and multi-lingual. She speaks some major Ghanaian dialects including Ewe, Ga, Twi Dagbani with high level of impeccability.
